A few days weeks ago I stumbled across some amazing vintage fabrics at a craft fair. Metre's of beautiful coloured & patterned materials for a very reasonable price indeed! Greedily, I bought as many as a could carry and raced home to rummage through my box of vintage patterns for appropriate dresses that will showcase the fabrics.I've decided to make a couple up in the classic 1950's sun dress style which I adore. It suits so many body types, and always looks a million bucks. This little number will be part of the Rescued range. It's not quite finished yet - no zip, not hemmed either and I'm going to make a large fabric belt to accentuate the waist. But look at the gorgeous material - How Very Retro!!!!
